Dr. Chenoa Orme-Stone Cello Studio
A highly sought-after pedagogue, Dr. Chenoa Orme-Stone has a large studio of dedicated cellists of all ages in Santa Barbara, CA. Each student receives weekly private lessons at the Music Academy of the West, along with access to at-home practice support from a teaching assistant. Studio members also participate in enriching group activities such as studio classes and recitals. These supplemental opportunities provide a supportive learning environment where students can inspire and learn from one another, enriching their overall musical development and fostering a strong sense of community within our studio.
At the heart of Chenoa’s teaching is a deep commitment to getting to know each student as a whole person. She believes that musical growth is inseparable from personal growth, and works to cultivate not only technical skill and artistry, but also confidence, self-awareness, and joy in the learning process.
